Enjoy hot smoked beef brisket prepared by Oklahoma’s oldest barbeque restaurant continuously owned and operated by the same family - Van’s Pig Stands. First finding fame in the heart of historic Shawnee, nearly a century later its history is well known to locals and visitors, this brisket is smoked for many hours with a unique and mouthwatering rub, that makes it tender and delicious.
