Inspiration for Marco Pollo comes from years of international travel and adventurous eating and from Lydia's native Taiwan. MP's famous crispy chicken is from a secret family recipe and is served with a rotation of authentic from “scratch” sauces from Thailand, China, India, Creole Country, Japan, Mexico/Texas and Buffalo, N.Y.
