- Ayinger Lager HellAyinger Lager Hell is the typical every day drink in Bavaria. Together with wheat beer this Muenchener Hell style is the most famous beer style in the Bavarian south. As people in Bavaria are very demanding as far as their daily drink is concerned the brewers are very aware of the necessity to brew a yellow-golden beer with a light malt taste. It is crisp, smooth and mellow. A perfectly balanced taste and aroma.£5
- La ChouffeLa Chouffe has a quintessentially Belgian character, with spiced, bready notes, coriander and a touch of lemon. Hazy gold and unfiltered, its light refreshing nature masks a robust 8% ABV. Brasserie d'Achouffe is named after the Chouffe gnomes rumoured to live in the Ardennes mountains. According to legend, the magical gnomes ran their own brewery in the hills for many years until disaster struck and the brewery was destroyed. The story goes that one of these little brewers visited the founders of Brasserie d'Achouffe and gave them the recipe for the beer which would henceforth be known as La Chouffe. You've heard of home brew, but have you ever tried gnome brew?! La Chouffe won a Silver Medal at the World Beer Awards 2016 in the category Belgium - Belgian Style Tripel.£9.50

Bottled Beer
A selection of the bottled beers we have available.
- Magic Rock FantasmaA dank and juicy IPA using Golden Promise, wheat and Cara Munich malts in the mash for a sweetly smooth body. For the hops we judiciously bittered with Magnum in the kettle followed by Citra T90 in both the whirlpool and in dry-hopping. The aroma/flavour is fruit-filled, dank and resinous, with plenty of tropical mango giving a moreish drinkability. Fermented with our house American ale yeast (WLP001) for a refreshingly clean finish, this IPA is also our first gluten-free beer using Brewers Clarex®.£4
- Delirium RedCherryred beer with a red head. Taste of sweet sun-riped cherries. This is a strong fruit beer with a firm but soft sweetness.£5
- OrvalIn contrast to all the others, the Orval Trappist brewery makes only one beer for the general public. It has an intensely aromatic and dry character. Between the first and second fermentations there is also an additional dry-hopping process. Through this the beer acquires its pronounced hoppy aroma and extra dry taste.£4
- Westmalle DubbelAn outstanding Trappist beer, the Westmalle Dubbel is rich and complex thanks to its secondary fermentation in the bottle. This dark brown Belgian dubbel has beautiful ruby undertones with a creamy, fragrant head. Aromas of dark fruits, bread, and subtle spices lead the way for flavours of raisins and other dark fruits and a fresh bitter finish that lingers long and dry.£4
- Lindermans CaasisPerfect for accompanying sweet desserts or for enjoying on a warm afternoon, Lindemans Cassis is a richly fruity Lambic beer from Belgium. With its big, bold, juicy notes of blackcurrant, this is most definitely a great tipple for the summer months...£3.40

It is a typical example of the Flemish beer blending tradition with old and young beer being mixed judiciously to achieve a perfect balance. Bourgogne des Flandres Pure is brewed on site in the loft and blended with lambic from Timmermans Brewery. This lambic has aged for over eight months in wooden barrels. The result is a surprising red-brown beer with a low alcohol content and a very rich finish.£4.80
- Tynt MeadowTynt Meadow is the UK's only Trappist Ale. A strong ale brewed by the monks of Mount Saint Bernard Abbey, Charnwood Forest. Tynt Meadow is 7.4% strong dark ale with deep aromas and flavours of dark chocolate, liquorice and fruit.£4.40
- Rochefort 8The lower gravity cousin to Rochefort 10. Nicknamed "Spéciale" (’The Special’), this beer is the most recent production. The Rochefort 8 has a more tawny colour and a more pronounced aroma, with an even richer fruitiness (a slight undertone of fig?) and a little more spiced dryness, like that of a cake, which gives a balanced finish to the final notes.£6

- Flensberger GoldFlensberger Gold is a fantastic example of the Dortmunder Export style. This style is known for its refreshing simplicity where the malts are prominent yet is still finishes very clean. Rich aromas of malts, barley, grain, and maybe even some cut grass are mirrored on the palate with perhaps a bit of biscuity notes. This lager has a medium-body that is deceptively richer than it looks whilst its moderate dryness gives the Flensburger Gold a crisp and refreshing finish.£4.50
- Flensberger PilsFlensburger Pilsner is a brilliant yellow in colour with a white head. The pleasing aroma of this lager is that of grain and malts.
