Meats are available hot and ready to eat or packaged and delivered cold with reheating instructions. Note: All meats will be delivered whole, unsliced to ensure maximum flavor and moisture retention.

  Juicy, smoked pork shoulder seasoned similarly to Texas brisket with a sweet and tangy vinegar finishing sauce
