Speciality Pizza
Our homemade dough slow proofs for 2-4 days. We use homemade sauces, fresh cheeses and the best vegetables. All cooked in an Italian forged wood/gas brick oven.
- Schnabel WobbleNamed after my great friend and NOLA resident, Greg Schnabel. This New Orleans inspired pie has shrimp, bacon, andouille sausage, red and green onions. Instead of a red sauce, we use Susan's slightly spicy etouffee sauce.

- The Man Made MonsterMy great friends at Amazon helped to create this pie. Pepperoni, andouille sausage, Italian sausage, ham and bacon. Instead of a red sauce, we use Susan's slightly spicy etouffee sauce. We add some ghost pepper flakes give it a kick.

- The Beaver Dam SpecialMy nephew, Jeff Davidson, invented this pie. Instead of pizza sauce, we use a light olive oil, top it with pepperoni, artichoke hearts, hand sliced tomatoes, mozzarella, parmesan and provolone cheeses.

- The Cheesy RamoneNamed after my great friend, Ben Bradley. We played in the super fun punk band, Shock Treatment. We called him 'Cheesey Ramone' because he hailed from Wisconsin. Our cheese crazy pizza featuring a combination of mozzarella, provolone, asiago, Romano, smoked gouda, cheddar and gorgonzola.

- The Giant ClawNamed after one of the worst movies I have ever watched. The giant claw starts with our homemade dough. We add our homemade BBQ sauce, chicken which we slow roast in our brick oven, bacon we fry in house , andouille sausage and fresh cut red and green onions. We cover it with five cheeses and add smoked gouda for good measure.

- Boss Hog BBQA facebook fan, Charles Foley, won the “name the new pizza contest” with this name. Boss Hog has six meats: Pepperoni, Italian sausage, andouille sausage, Canadian bacon, ham, and bacon. We use our homemade BBQ sauce and top it with five cheeses and smoked gouda.
