- Any Gluten Free noodles?No, GF items are marked as such above.
- What's in the broth?The broth contains 40% chicken breast, 40% kelp and dried fish, and 20% of preserved and fresh vegetables.
- Allergic to nuts?Tantanmen comes with peanuts. Please order without it.
- What's sesame-free on the menu?50's shoyu without the nori, Onomichi without the nori, and Chickpea buns
