Our Pizza
Our Pizza dough is made just of Italian “OO” flour, water, salt and fresh yeast (or eventually mother yeast - sourdough), handstretched on durum wheat semolina and cooked on stone in an italian wood fired oven at 350’C. This product is rigorously made following authentic traditions and ancient knowledge, through long raising and maturation process which guarantees an highly digestible and light product.
