- Julian - DDH NEIPA 7.3%Double Dry Hopped with El Dorado and Medusa hops. Bursting with notes of candied mango, peach, pineapple, and fresh squeezed OJ. Saturated with hoppy goodness and just enough soft bitterness to float the bouquet of tropical fruits across the palate. Our juiciest juice yet!$7
- Dunkle Weiss 5.0%An unequivocally dark, German wheat beer. We used continual grains for home-grown terroir. Appalachian wheat and Chesapeake pils from Riverbend craft maltster.$7
- India Pale Lager 7.2%Our West-Coast style IPA brewed with lager yeast and extensively lagered. Crisp, Bitter, and packed with dank, resinous and pine forward hop character. Double Dry-hopped with Centennial, Simcoe, and Galaxy.$7
- Wheatwine 11.0%Wheatwine style ale brewed with a majority of Appalachian wheat from Riverbend this beer is incredibly complex with a silky mouthfeel. Notes of caramel, toffee, and rum soaked raisins.$8.50
- Porter 6.2%Our porter is malty with a complex depth of dried fruit with notes of unsweetened chocolate. Rich and complex.$6.50
- Tripel 8.2%Typically brewed as a celebration beer, our Triple is a celebration of traditional brewing. Notes of warming spices, clove, and a hint of banana. Full bodied and robust. This high gravity offering is sure to kick off the party on your palate.$6.50
- Obscurus (Dark Sour) 8.2%A mixed-fermentation dark sour that was aged in wine and bourbon barrels. Incredibly complex with intense stonefruit on the nose. The dark malts and fermentation profile create the flavor of fresh tart cherry. It finishes bone dry with a complex, lingering tartness.$8
- Henrietta - 7.2%A bourbon barrel aged amber sour. This beer is complex and tart. It has a beautiful aroma of char, vanilla, wood, and bourbon.$7
- KombuchaHouse-made Kombucha. Ever changing flavors. Contains .5% or less ABV.$3
- Hop TeaNon-alcoholic tea. Brewed and hopped. This is for hop-lovers. Balanced tea backbone with great hop aroma. Contains caffeine.$4

- DampfbierDampfbier is a type of steam beer utilizing ale yeast fermented at higher temperatures to produce intense esters. Resulting in an easy drinking ale bursting with tropical fruit notes with a crushable body.$4

- Leipziger Gose 5.0%Our yearly collab with Big Storm Brewing. This is a traditional German style wheat beer. Fermented with our house Brett and bacteria cultures. Easy drinking. Crisp. Lemon. Saline. Bottle Conditioned. 375 mL.$7
- Refraction of Time 7.2%A golden base ale fermented and aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels for a minimum of 6 months on EFB house cultures. Then keg conditioned (refermented in the keg). Intense notes of tropical fruit and mango. Barrel. Minerality. Tart. Refreshing$13
- BA Oaxacan MetamorphosisWe took our Oaxacan Imperial Stout, made with cinnamon, chilies, Madagascar vanilla beans, and cocoa nibs; and then aged in a repasado tequila barrel that previously held Heaven Hill Bourbon. Rich chocolate and roasted barley enhanced with a slight warming spice and just enough chili to taste without the heat.$18

- Sauvignon BlancSurprisingly complex, with citrus aromas of limes, grapefruit and peaches plus stones and mineral undertones. There's lots of bright fruit notes on the palate and a clean, fresh finish. Light on its feet at 13.5% alcohol, the Quintay Clava Sauvignon Blanc is a perfect summer sipper!$18
- ChardonnayStory Hill Chardonnay. Region Castilla y León Spanish Chardonnay Food pairing Pork, Rich fish (salmon, tuna etc), Vegetarian, Poultry$16
- CabernetTolol. Thick skins lead to classicly high tannins, and strong red and black fruit-forward characteristics on both the nose and palate.$18

- Pinot NoirLe Sentier Sous Les Oliviers - Youthful dark ruby colour. Well-balanced with a pleasing slightly sour, green capsicum note on the middle. Not insubstantial, grippy tannins which linger, coating the mouth along with the green pepper flavours, for ages.$18
