- Lumpia Shanghai (Ground turkey)You get 3 delicious pieces for $6.75. Ingredients: GROUND TURKEY! (healthier option than pork), Carrots, Celery, Onions, Water Chestnuts, (OYSTER SAUCE), Salt & Pepper rolled in a Spring Roll Wrapper. Served with a Sweet Chili dipping sauce.$6.75
- Turkey Lumpia Sliders with pineapples and friesI took the delicious filling of my GROUND TURKEY lumpia shanghai and made patties out of them, instead of rolling them up with the spring roll wrapper. The bun is a classic Filipino dinner roll called Pan De Sal with pineapple, smothered with the sweet chili sauce. Served with French fries.$15.50

I use PORK BELLY and I also add onions, Thai chili, ground black pepper, garlic aioli, magi seasoning and calamansi juice served over French fries and smothered with more garlic aioli.$13.50
- Elijah Style FriesMy son Elijah, made his own version of fries. He put the Filipino style BBQ chicken and added them on top of the fries and then he smothered it with both the aioli and the BBQ sauce.$14.50
