Turkey Lumpia Sliders with pineapples and fries
I took the delicious filling of my GROUND TURKEY lumpia shanghai and made patties out of them, instead of rolling them up with the spring roll wrapper. The bun is a classic Filipino dinner roll called Pan De Sal with pineapple, smothered with the sweet chili sauce. Served with French fries.

I use PORK BELLY and I also add onions, Thai chili, ground black pepper, garlic aioli, magi seasoning and calamansi juice served over French fries and smothered with more garlic aioli.
