Traditional Spanish starters served as an entrée. Tapas are served individually.
- CROQUETASOne of the most popular Spanish tapa all around Spain. Crumbed and deep-fried, bounded with béchamel sauce and Spanish Jamon with a side of alioli. Vegetarian option available. Served individually in bamboo boats, 1 croqueta per serve.
- EMPANADASHomemade empanadas filled with cheese, corn and creamy white sauce. Served with alioli. Served individually In bamboo boats, 1 empanada per serve.
- PATATAS BRAVASDiced gourmet potatoes served on a base of salsa brava (spicy tomato sauce) topped with traditional spanish alioli. Served individually.
- GAMBAS A LA VASCAMarinated San Sebastian style prawns served with salsa verde. Served individually in bamboo boats.
- GRAZING TABLESelection of best Spanish cheeses, cured Jamón Serrano and other Spanish cured meats. Served with a variety of crackers, rustic bread, dips, fruit and chutneys. Minimum of 50 people required. For smaller groups check out Tabla de Ibericos.
- TABLA DE IBERICOSJamón Serrano, Manchego Cheese & other cured meats/cheese served with fruits and crackers. Each board feeds 8-10 people.
- SPANISH GARDEN SALADFour leaf mix, piquillo pepper, Spanish red onion, cherry tomato & grated parmesan served with a home made honey mustard dressing. Served individually.
