Pour over coffee, or hand drip coffee, is an old-fashioned technique that uses a coffee dripper. Pouring the water by hand, more slowly over the coffee, will result in the extraction of more flavor. We offer pour over by request especially during the off season slow times.
Espresso is coffee brewed by forcing a small amount of nearly boiling water under pressure through finely ground coffee beans. Besides its small size and concentrated flavor, one of the main indicators of an espresso is the crema. This is the layer of foam on top of the espresso shot.
The simplest frappe contains coffee, milk, sugar and ice. These ingredients are blended together to form a frothy, light drink. We offer an array of frappes that include delicious flavors like vaniilla, caramel and mocha to name a few!
