                                      WINTER DISH - RESERVATION ONLY Feijoada is a black bean stew made from a variety of smoked and salted pork and beef. We use Picanha, Calabresa Sausage, Toscana Sausage, Pork belly and Pork ribs. The rich smoked stew is served with white rice, crackling, sauteed collard greens, orange slices, vinaigrette and farofa (toasted cassava flour).
