GRANDMA PIE
- ROMAN STYLE PIZZAThis Roman style Pizza Dough undergoes a lengthy fermentation process (72-99 hours) to achieve its delicate structure. A crisp bottom crust topped by a light, airy dough, laced with delicate holes. It is crunchy yet light and bubbly, and known for it's digestibility.
