- 21st Vintage Blanc de BlancsThis 2010 vintage Blanc de Blancs celebrates our 21st vintage, the first vintage under our own label, in 2000. We cellared a small amount of the much acclaimed 2010 vintage Blanc de Blancs on lees for 10 years.$98
- 10X Pinot Gris 2020A textural wine balancing musk, honeysuckle and kaffir lime characters with a subtle wet stone and mineral crunch.$32
- 10X Chardonnay 2020Notes of peach and honeydew form a freshness on the nose leading into a soft and luscious mid palate with mealy undertones yet a clean citrus zing on the finish.$34
- 10X Pinot Noir 2020Char and earth combine with black cherry and pepper spice revealing the outset layers to this subtle yet alluring cool climate Pinot Noir.$36
- Judd Chardonnay 2017Showcasing the most natural acidity of any of the 2017 white releases, this is a wine of some contrasts. On the one hand there’s a pithy, flinty funky nose that takes its cues from Coche- Dury Meursault , but underneath there’s a palate that is linear and so tight. A very modern and evocative white wine with classy energy and life, if in a very svelte form.$75
- Judd Chardonnay 2018Green apple crunch leads into the crisp and clean finish that lingers with persistence displaying incredible length and purity.$68
- Wallis Pinot Noir 2018The chalkiness and mineral edge balance the fruit depth and harmonise the velvety tea- like tannins that cover the palate and delight as this wine opens up and evolves.$78
- Coolart Road Pinot Noir 2018With such tiny yields it’s a pleasure just to see this wine at all, with the perfect season great for quality but miserable for yields. Coolart is the earliest picked of the Ten Minutes by Tractor vineyards and you’d expect this to be a beastly wine. But it’s not – rather, it’s joyously plump and ripe, a wine of red raspberry easygoing flavour, yet with tannins and grip. Great balance between the need for appealing fruit flavour and structure.$78
- Sweet Allis 2020A blend of flavours that cover both spectrums of this variety, from grassy undertones to hints of lychee and papaya. The palate is pleasantly full, with an inviting sweetness and lingering acid.$34
- 10X Barrel Fermented Sauvignon Blanc 2021Lemongrass, lime and hints of background spice introduce us to this savoury yet grassy Sauvignon Blanc. This barrel fermented style offers freshness and minerality whilst capturing zesty layered tones that linger on the finish.$32
- Estate Chardonnay 2019An exotic nose of curry leaf and spice; hints of honeydew and flint form the backbone of this multiple site Chardonnay. While the acid is tight, it creates a strong drive through the palate that is met by bursts of citrus peel with a fine finish.$49
- 10X Rose 2021Showcasing delicate and fine detail from such a versatile grape variety, this Pinot Noir Rose' captures watermelon, mandarin peel and pink musk all in one glass.$34
- Estate 'Up the Hill' Pinot Noir 2019Perfume and spice dance around licorice, cumquat and lavender notes that are expressed willingly in the glass. The fine mineral tannins groove the palate and complete a well structured and enjoyable wine, typical of ‘Up the Hill’.$54
- Estate 'Down the Hill' Pinot Noir 2019True to its sub-regional style, our Down the Hill Pinot Noir shows dark fruits, plum and mulberry with lifted spice and violet. The rustic tannins shape the mouth and compliment the rich fruit characters.$54
- 2021 Estate RieslingThis Estate Riesling is made from grapes grown by our good friends Ruth and George Mihaly on the Paradigm Hill Vineyard. Their vineyard in Merricks was planted in 2000 and has since produced some of the best wines on the Peninsula. This wine has a beautiful bouquet that showcases what Mornington Peninsula Riesling can deliver. Kaffir lime, musk and talc create the journey that is defined by the long and lingering natural acidity.$42
