FLAVOR OPTIONS
Each flavor profile is paired with its own sauce & seasoning, carbs, and vegetables. Use our substitutions options in the meal plans to adjust your meals as preferred. Otherwise, they will come as follows:
- Chicken
- Plain: broccoli, brown rice
- BBQ: homemade tangy bbq sauce, broccoli, sweet potato
- Buffalo: green beans, red potatoes, spicy buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning
- Curry: broccoli, red pepper, celery; white rice
- Dijon: dijon mustard sauce; broccoli; sweet potato
- Enchilada: broccoli; sauteed red bell pepper and onion; flour tortilla*; shredded cheddar
- Lemon Garlic: zucchini, yellow squash, mushrooms; pasta*
- Pesto: organic basil pesto, mushrooms; broccoli; spaghetti pasta*
- Picante: broccoli, red pepper, jalapeno; white rice; salsa
- Teriyaki: broccoli, water chestnut, red bell pepper; white rice
- Thai Peanut: spicy peanut sauce, crushed red pepper; broccoli; white rice
- Ground Beef & Steak
- Plain: broccoli, white rice

- Chipotle Ranch: mushrooms, zucchini and yellow squash; pasta*

- Fiesta Fajita: broccoli; red bell pepper, onion; flour tortilla; *shredded cheddar
- Herb-Garlic: broccoli, mushroom; roasted red potatoes
- Spaghetti & Meatballs: onion, mushroom, broccoli; tomato-based spaghetti sauce, spaghetti pasta*
- Sweet & Spicy: broccoli, mushroom, jalapeno; sweet potato
- Teriyaki: broccoli, water chestnut, red bell pepper; white rice
- Vegan & Vegetarian*Eggs or tofu may be substituted in any of the chicken/beef flavor options* Default protein sources for signature dishes are egg whites for vegetarians and tofu for vegans unless otherwise specified.
- Black Bean & Sweet Potato Hash: sweet potato; bell peppers and onion, black beans, broccoli; herb garlic seasoning
- Roasted Veggie Pasta: carrot, tomato, zucchini, eggplant; balsamic; pasta
- Parmesan-Broccoli: parmesan cheese, broccoli; slivered almonds
- Sweet Potato Curry: sweet potato; broccoli; greek yogurt curry sauce
- Spaghetti & “Meat”balls: Mushroom and black bean meatballs; mushroom, broccoli; spaghetti sauce; spaghetti pasta
- Flavor VarietyWant more than 1 flavor choice for each of your protein sources? Select the "Flavor Variety" option from the bottom of the drop-down menu! We'll mix sauces and seasonings as well as carbs (rice, red potatoes, sweet potatoes, pasta, & wraps), and vegetables (asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, green beans, & zucchini) for a medley of flavorful fun to get you through your week - all for only an extra $1 per meal! If you have any requests or strong personal preferences (extra spicy, no mushrooms, etc) please include them in the comments section.$1
- Flavor Special - Tajin Chili LimeProtein of choice (chicken, turkey, beef, eggs, or tofu); served with white rice, broccoli, and mixed bell peppers; this dish is topped with the spicy-tangy taste of Tajin chili lime seasoning.
