Vegan

Each and every doughnut is made from scratch using our very own sourdough, in our downstairs kitchen. We hand make the dough every morning using only the best quality, organic (as much as possible) ingredients. Our bakers hand roll and cut each doughnut and then fry to perfection in pure rapeseed oil. No additives, artificial colours or flavourings - ever. We proudly use freshly milled organic flour from Skærtoftmølle, farm eggs from Søtoftes Jordbrug and Madagascan vanilla from Mette Ravn Vanilje. Orders made online are for next-day onwards and cannot be fulfilled on the same day. If you want to order our regular doughnuts on the same day, please call us on 31 50 23 45. Minis, letters and Special orders must be made at least 1 day in advance.

  You've asked for it - we made it. A classic raspberry jam berliner - Dough Girls style. Hand rolled vegan berliners, tossed in raspberry sugar and filled with house-made raspberry jam.

  Vegan pumpkin dough tossed in spiced sugar then filled with a sweet pumpkin custard. Topped with toasted pumpkin seed brittle.

  An Original dough ring sandwiched with housemade hazelnut spread made with real chocolate and roasted hazelnuts. The whole thing is smothered in roasted hazelnut glaze and finished with hazelnut croquant.

  An original dough ring dipped in dark chocolate ganache. Topped with toasted marshmallow meringue and a housemade graham cracker cookie.

- Apple fritter
  Vegan cake dough full of delicious apple pieces and fried to crispy-on-the-outside, fluffy-on-the-inside perfection. Smothered in fragrant Madagascan vanilla glaze. Different to our normal yeasted doughnut - it's super crunchy on the outside yet super fluffy on the inside.

  A crisp and meltingly delicious choux-pastry (vandbakkelse) cruller, smothered in spiced chai milk glaze. Our chai is made from real black tea leaves and whole spices - no concentrates.

  A beautifully fluffy vanilla cupcake, topped with a swirl of buttercream and delightfully crunchy coloured sprinkles. *As careful as we are, they may contain traces of gluten as it's made in a kitchen that uses wheat flour.

  Slow cooked tender organic pork, hand shredded and doused in tangy barbecue sauce and topped with a crown of coleslaw. The king of lunches! Served hot, on top of our signature Spelt dough fritter.

  A delicious mix of porcini, enoki, oyster and brown button mushrooms, slow cooked in a "creamy" sauce with garlic, fresh thyme and topped with peppery rucola. Served hot, on top of our vegan spelt dough fritter.
