- Wild Boar Keshi Yena ABCOur version of the Meat and Cheese dish from the ABC Islands (Aruba, Bonaire, and Curaçao). We make ours with a blend of seasoned Wild Boar wrapped in Swiss, Gouda and Havarti Cheese which we bake to perfection. This is historically a slave dish made from the scrap meats and cheese rinds discarded by the Dutch masters.$27
