Each and every element has been well thought out to achieve a fresh, balanced, filling meal. You will usually find that the hummus and sauces have been home made that morning (at Hummus HQ) and the falafel mix freshly ground before adding our secret spice mix. All salads are freshly prepared. We try to support local farmers as much as we can by sourcing our produce locally. Did we mention that it's all vegan? We didn't need to did we?
