- Fry Daddy ∙ 12% ABV ∙ 750mlThis big daddy is strong, hoppy, AND gluten free. Made with Arizona Wildflower Honey + Cascade, Centennial, and Citra Hops. Coming in at 12% ABV... this hopped mead is coming for all you double hopped IPA's. All the goodness of beer- but higher alcohol and without the gluten. The subtle woodiness of mesquite honey was teased out with the velvet mesquite smoked whiskey barrel it was aged on. Whiskey, honey, notes of sweet tobacco, and unmistakable desert campfire. - The Little Apple ∙ 15% ABV ∙ 375mlSonoita might just be exactly the opposite of The Big Apple, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in delicious barrel aged meads. Well, technically a cyser (mead and cider blend), The Little Apple was fermented with local wildflower honey and green apples courtesy of the Rowley family of Sonoita. The high alcohol blend of apples and honey was already a little boozy… but then we aged it on an Elgin Distillery Straight Bourbon barrel for 6 months. The result was mind-blowing, definitely nothing little about this one.$35
- Century Mint Julep ∙ 12% ABV ∙ 750mlHonoring over 100 years of Sonoita Horse Racing. Century is inspired by the flavors of the classic derby cocktail, The Mint Julep. Sweet mint & bourbon but with an earthiness unique to the high desert grasslands of Sonoita. Made with Southern Arizona wildflower honey, fresh mint, aged on an Elgin Distillery bourbon barrel for 6 months.$32

- El Jefe ∙ 6.8% ABV ∙ 750mlNamed after the lone jaguar spotted roaming the Santa Rita Mountains, El Jefe Prickly Pear Cider is just as majestic as it's namesake. This dry to semi-sweet cider is the perfect post-hike beverage, or just the extra bit of courage you need to be as big of a boss as El Jefe.$24

A mighty protector and friend to (almost) all, Chiltepin the dog is a wild little thing. Like that perky Patagonia pup, Chill-Tango Hard Cider is as spicy as she is sweet. Made with locally harvested chiltepin peppers and the sweet mangoes of Mexico, this cider will find it's way to your heart... and your hand. Contains raw honey.$22
Fruit Wine
- Old No. 9 ∙ 12% ABV ∙ 750mlA little spicy & a little sweet, Old No. 9 is fermented with real Hatch Green Chiles, Turkish Apricots & good ‘ole California raisins. The name is a nod to the first of a long line of spicy green chile’s- the New Mexico No. 9. Thanks to its creation in 1913 by Fabian Garcia, we’re able to eat our chiles... and drink them too. 11.8%/ABV 750 ML$30
