After the brisket flat comes off the smoker, the burnt end (the point muscle) goes back on for another 3-6 hours. - Sweet n' Smoky Wings per pound$9.50Our chicken wings are rubbed down with house made BBQ chicken seasoning and then smoked hot and fast on our drum cooker over apple wood for one hour. We finish them off with a melted butter and BBQ sauce bath and a little sprinkle of our secret sweet rub. BAM!
