• Spring Steam

  Copper colored lager brewed at warmer temperatures that displays toasty malt notes along with a clean, herbal hop finish 5.4% ABV
• Marquis Du Spruce

  This Helles Lager is brewed with a generous amount of Blue Spruce tips, which set an array of pine and citrus character a top a traditional malt base. 5.4% ABV
• Quintessential Pilsener

  This Noble Pilsener is crafted from premium German malt and bittered with Hallertau Mittelfruh & Tettnang hops. Fermented cold, it’s snappy and clean, which is why it’s the go to choice for our brewer’s everyday beer. 4.9% ABV
• Oblivion Black Lager

  Our signature Black Lager has kept old friends and newcomers alike coming back for more since its debut, and we can’t blame them! We love its clean malt character accentuated by notes of coffee, bakers chocolate, and pumpernickel bread, sessionable ABV, and entrancing silky smooth mouthfeel despite deep, rich, dark color. 4.8% ABV
• Bombshell Hefeweizen

  A Classic Bavarian Hefeweizen that boasts bot banana and clove aroma and flavor derived from a warm fermentation. 5.0% ABV
• Rex Czech Pale Lager

  This “tiny” version of Sovereign is named for the King of our realm. Served on a side pull faucet to enhance foam and mouthfeel. 3.7% ABV
• Radler Pilsner & Lemonade

  Pilsner mixed with our house made lemonade for a light beer with sweet citrus flavor. 3.5% ABV
• Ferox Raspberry Lager

  Light lager fermented on raspberry puree resulting in a simply fierce summer time crusher. ABV 4.6%
• Signal Oak Fermented Smoke Beer

  This Rauch lager undergoes primary fermentation in ex Long Shadow barrels lending subtle depth to the smokey goodness of the malt bill. ABV 6.0%
• Vibrato West Coast Pils

  Pilsner base malt brewed with all German Magnum hops in the kettle then dry hopped with more Magnum and a touch of CTZ. ABV 6.0%
• Superdelic

  The newest evolution of our hoppy beers features New Zealand Superdelic hops which lend juicy peach and mango vibes to a soft malt base. ABV 6.7%

• Bitburger German Pilsner

  0.0% Premium Pils Drive Alkoholfrei​ (alcohol-free) – This beer shows a resplendent straw-colored gold with stable, white foam. Sweet, roasty aromas coalesce with honey and fresh Gingerbread and are complemented by ripe grain and pleasantly bitter herbs. A delicate tingly fresh taste with lasting hops and notes of vermouth are finished with a bittersweet malty flavour for the full-flavoured taste.
• Guiness 0

  Guinness 0 boasts a beautifully smooth taste, perfectly balanced flavor, and unique dark color, similar to Guinness Draught, brewed to be non-alcoholic. The resulting product is a non-alcoholic stout that is unmistakably Guinness, inspired by the same dark, ruby red liquid and creamy head, hints of chocolate and coffee, smoothly balanced with bitter, sweet and roasted notes.
