- Orator Doppelbock-ATOR is the suffix generally prescribed to the name of these rich & malty style of beer. Brewed once a year and released in March. 7.0% ABV
- NectaronOur hoppy offerings are now fermented with ale yeast for a bigger fruity punch. This iteration features Nectaron hops from New Zealand. 7.2% ABV
- Sovereign PilsnerOur original continental lager is bready, snappy and unfiltered, summing up all the things we love about beer. 5.3% ABV
- Humor Rye LagerThis festive amber lager is brewed with a high percentage of rye malt for a spicy, earthy flavor profile.
- Oblivion Black LagerOur signature Black Lager has kept old friends and newcomers alike coming back for more since its debut, and we can’t blame them! We love its clean malt character accentuated by notes of coffee, bakers chocolate, and pumpernickel bread, sessionable ABV, and entrancing silky smooth mouthfeel despite deep, rich, dark color. 4.8% ABV
- Quintessential PilsenerThis Noble Pilsener is crafted from premium German malt and bittered with Hallertau Mittelfruh & Tettnang hops. Fermented cold, it’s snappy and clean, which is why it’s the go to choice for our brewer’s everyday beer. 4.9% ABV
- Brevity American Sour AleOur award winning sour is tart and juicy with flavors of Guava & Lychee fruit. 5.2% abv
- Baron von Smoke$7This rauchbier is in the traditional Bamberg style, with beautiful layers of campfire and billowing smoke. 5.6% abv
- Silence TripelBelgian inspired & brewed with magical yeast from the famous monks. Pear, bubblegum and spice notes throughout. Bottle Pour. 9.5% ABV Refermented in the bottle for additional carbonation and complexity.
- Bacchanalia Oak SaisonPrimary fermentation in Sauvignon Blanc & Merlot wine barrels lends flavors of lemongrass and white grape with just a touch of oak. 6.5% ABV Bottle Pour
- Radler Pilsner & Lemonade3.5% ABV
- Secular Belgian QuadBelgian Dark Strong ale has deep red hue and surprisingly light body for a beer this big. Notes of fig, honey, and brown sugar. Bottled conditioned. 11.0% abv Bottle Pour.
