Prior to your session we will go over any relevant medical history and discuss your current state of health and well being. At that time we will also have a brief conversation about your goals, past experiences and preferences. We will then tailor the session with the best combination of pain relief and deep relaxation methods to create a  session specifically for you. We are very particular about the herbs, lotions, & oils that touch your skin, & we use organic in house crafted products to create  a truly unique experience customized with you in mind. Relaxation Massage
This revitalizing treatment incorporates firm but gentle pressure applied in long flowing movements. Customized aromatherapy & a warm neck roll complement this service & help you achieve complete relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage
A therapeutic style of massage that incorporates slower strokes while targeting specific areas to work the deeper layers of muscle fiber. Heat therapy & a healing Arnica muscle balm melt away tension & ease tight muscles and soreness.

Sacred Stone
Tension relieving massage techniques are combined with warm Lake Superior stones.  The warming heat of the stones is deeply relaxing  and enhance the balancing & grounding energies of this therapy.
