- Farmhouse Medley SourdoughOur own blending of Rye, Whole Wheat and White flours and a long fermentation process make this one the "tangy one". Definitely a customer favourite.$7.50
- Ancient Grain SourdoughOur Black Creek neighbour, Stonecroft Farm, grows wheat! This is very unusual for Vancouver Island. We use this wheat to create our own starter and levain, adding Red Fife and other whole wheat you get a hearty, flavourful bread that is one of a kind.$7.50
- Pumpkin Sun SourdoughPumpkin seeds and Sunflower seeds give this sourdough a sweet nutty flavour. I actually dream about my morning toast when I know this is in the bread drawer for breakfast!$8
