Here at Lost Signal Brewing we specialize in small batch brews. That means we will always have a rotating selection of a variety of beers. Be sure to stop in to checkout what we have today because tomorrow it could be gone.
Lost Signal Lager
Our version of this old school classic style. The deep copper color leads you into a nice malty aroma of caramel and toasted bread. The flavor doesn't disappoint with a nice light caramel sweetness with a slight noble hop presence. This beer finishes clean and makes you ask for more. Food Pairings: Grilled meat and veggies. Mild to medium cheese. Or a tray of pulled pork nachos.
On Air IPA
Like American IPAs? Well then you will enjoy this beer. This IPA is a nice and light IPA that showcases some fantastic hops. We use a mixture of Columbus, Centennial, Cascade, Amarillo, and Simcoe hops that really help make this beer easy to drink and very refreshing.
Smoked Pecan Porter
This beer started as a robust porter and morphed into a delicious all year offering. We smoke Missouri grown pecans in our smoker with pecan wood then throw it into the mash. This gives the beer just a kiss of smoke and nice nutty sweetness. A perfect beer for anytime of day.
Under the Tower Sour #9
American kettle sour with Apricot
Bramble Brown Ale
A chocolaty American Brown ale with loads of raspberries added during fermentation. The smooth malty notes make for a medium to light robust flavor that pair well with the blackberry.
Double Smoked Pecan Porter- 2020
Every year for our anniversary we do a special version of our Double Smoked Pecan Porter. This year we added raspberry and chocolate.
The Wanderer is a French style Biere De Garde farmhouse ale. We then aged the beer for 8 months in 4 different wine barrels. Cab, Blanc, Merlot, Syrah barrels from California were used.
Under The Tower Sour #10
Kettle Sour with Kiwi
Haze Down In Africa
Our first full batch of a Hazy IPA. A large portion of the hops used are from South Africa, hence the name.
Come Sail Away WIT Me
Belgian Wit style beer with Kumquat
