- Hillside RoseTASTING NOTES Bright aromas of wild flowers and ruby red grapefruit, red cherry and blood orange on the palate, and juicy finish that goes on and on... WINEMAKER NOTES A premium block of Merlot was crushed directly to the press, given minimal skin contact, then pressed and blended with small portions of juice drained (saignée) during cold soak from blocks of Merlot (65%), Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir. Fermented cool in stainless steel leaving a small amount of residual sugar (10 g/L) remaining, for an off-dry finish.
- 6oz Glass...................................................................................................$11
- Bottle...................................................................................................$40
- St Hubertus Great White North 2018This year's Great White North is a blend of estate gewürztraminer, chasselas, and riesling, in transition to organics. There's a bump of sweetness sharpened by a piercing acidity, housing a juicy palate of anise, apricot, honeydew and a powdered bitter orange on the warming flush finish. Best with a brisk chill, and pairing with chilled, fragrant Asian noodle dishes.
- 6oz Glass...................................................................................................$10
- Bottle...................................................................................................$35
- Lock & Worth Sauvignon Blanc / Semillon 2017Fiercely acidic but elegant, linear, and well-balanced. Prominent gooseberry, green apple, lemon, lime, grapefruit, fresh linens, hay, sorrel, snap pea, rain barrel, gravel, slight pineapple and watermelon rind. Buttercups. Very pithy, fresh. This is a unfined & unfiltered wine so it will have some sediment in the bottle$45
- Tightrope RoseStrawberry, cranberry, huckleberry, yellow grapefruit, hints of spice Winemaker Notes: Our Rose is made primarily of Pinot Noir (75%), along with some Syrah (20%) and a splash of Barbera (5%), to give it backbone and elevate the fruit, as well as adding a touch of spiciness. They were grapes were crushed and left on skins to cold soak for 1-2 days before being pressed. After the juice had settled it was cool fermented, in stainless steel, at 14°C. It took 30 days to complete. Food Pairing Notes: A lake & good friends; tacos.$50
- Bench 1775 Pinot Gris 2019The delicate profile with the barest hint of fruit sweetness makes this wine a pleasure to drink. Ripe apple, pear and peach on the nose with hints of caramel apple, bright citrus and finishing with juicy fruit. easy-drinking wine that is great to enjoy on its own, or paired with white meats and seafood. It goes particularly well with meals that include a fruit element such as lemons, oranges, peaches or apricots. Pair with fresh BC salads, coastal seafood or hard cheeses.$40
- Tightrope Pinot Gris 2020Dry and crisp with pineapple, lime, golden delicious apple and grapefruit peel Winemaker Notes: The grapes were whole cluster pressed and cold settled for three days before being racked off solids. The juice was then cool temperature fermented at 14°C, in stainless steel and took about 30 days to complete. The fermentation was stopped with a small amount of residual sugar for balance. Food Pairing Notes: summer salad; grilled seafood$45
- Roche Pinot Gris 2018Apple, vanilla spice and floral overtones introduce this atypical Pinot Gris. The wine opens with aeration and swells to a broad mid-palate rich with ripe pear and lemon zest. Electric acidity carries the wine to an intense, long and focused finish. Serve with hearty roast pork, chicken, wild mushroom risotto, or mildly-spiced Asian dishes$50
- Mayhem Sauvignon Blanc 2019This is a bone-dry New Zealand style “tropical” Sauvignon Blanc. On the nose, there is the scent of lemon blossom and tropical fruit. On the palate, pineapple, guava, passionfruit, Meyer lemon, a hint of green pepper and minerality. There is a little creaminess giving the mid-palate some weight. Finishes with herbal spice notes.$45
- Gehringer Bros Unoaked Chardonnay 2018A crowd-pleaser Chardonnay from the Golden Mile Bench in the Okanagan Valley wine region, Gehringer Dry Rock Vineyards 2018 Chardonnay is a perennial favourite. Fresh apple, creamy pear and citrus zest flavours smooth on the palate matched with fresh, food-friendly acidity. Unoaked. Founded in 1985, Gehringer Brothers is one of the oldest family-run estate wineries in the Okanagan. This vintage awarded Gold at the 2019 Indy International Wine CompetitionChardonnay’s slow and cool fermentation with extended sur lie development, contributes to its complexity and creamy texture. Distinctive nuances of pear and pineapple show on the palate. A great social and food wine. Ideal with salads and seafood, though it also pairs well with today's lighter foods.$34
- Le Vieux Pin Sauvignon Blanc 2019From 4 vineyards, 3 of which are on the Golden Mile, plus a block at La Stella (north facing, steep) at the Osoyoos Lake District. A beautiful balance of gooseberry, herbaceous and green notes while the slight tropical side of this noble grape variety pokes its head out here and there with guava and passionfruit suggestions. Bergamot orange rind notes greet you on the nose. Tart orchard fruits come later in waves. The partial skin contact before pressing, along with the use of both stainless steel, neutral oak and a different élevage regime for each vessel, resulted in a complex wine that is a pleasure for both the palate and the intellect.$58
- Tall Tale Semillon 2017Gives out lemon and touch of honey. Quite dry, citrus and melon. Cheeky little wine. Dry white, acidic with citrus notes.$46
- Da Silva Chardonnay 2018Lemon cream with a hint of citrus and white peach in a blanket of sweet spice. Fresh, lively, crisp finish.$45
- Meyer Mclean Creek Chardonnay 2018From their Okanagan Falls home estate vineyard and its steep sloping gravelled sandy loams, this chardy was partial native fermented in stainless, before completing fermentation in French oak (22% new), where it remained for 11 months on lees, without battonage, and with full MLF. The wine was bottled unfined and unfiltered. Creamy with lees, and bright with acidity, this streams green apple, Meyer lemon, stony salts alongside gentle, alluring licks of reduction and the wood as mentioned earlier. It is chiselled with lemon pith, hollowing out the sides, and streamlining this medium-bodied white to a lingering finish — such a lovely, controlled hand to this wine, ready for drinking now in youth, but certainly with years ahead.$60
- Rombauer Chardonnay 2016An amazing Chardonnay from the Carneros region of the Napa Valley. Enticing aromas of vanilla, melon, papaya, and mango are layered with baked apples, creme brulee, butter, and a slight minerality. Those scents are echoed as flavors on the creamy, rich palate, along with peach, pie crust, and baking spices. The long, smooth finish is marked by mouthwatering acidity.$130
- Therapy Gewürztraminer 2017This Gewurztraminer is following the current humble trend of orange wines - those made with minimal intervention. It's been put through a natural fermentation and has extended skin contact, which acts as a natural preservative (and colour enhancer). The colour is peachy-copper and the nose offers apricot jelly, orange creamsicle, figs and desiccated roses, vanilla and star anise with a decent dose of honey. Phenolic textural palate is certainly aided by the additional skin contact, it is juicy and very intense but has a levity and thriving evolving palate. It tastes alive as opposed to many wines of this ilk.$45
- Blasted Church Viognier 2018This estate grown Viognier is a true expression of Viognier from the Skaha Bench. On the bouquet, apricot and peach are supported by white blossoms and an undercurrent of spice. The stone fruits translate onto the attack and through the oily mid-palate with tropical fruit and orange carrying through the long finish. Pad thai, lamb tagine with apricots, or buttery cheeses would all work well with this versatile wine$42
- Chateau St Michelle Riesling 2017A blend of Riesling from throughout Washington’s Columbia Valley. Creating a refreshing, flavorful, medium-dry Riesling .The wine offers crisp apple aromas and flavors with subtle mineral notes. A vibrant tinned peach and honey character marks this Riesling out as a fruit forward, juicy style. Zesty lime juice acidity balances the 15 grams per litre of residual sugar, lending a sumptuous touch to this wine.$35
- Monte Creek Riesling 2018An elegant Trocken-style Riesling. Aromas of citrus and apple blossom. Flavours of lemon, lime, green apple and pear. A smooth mouthfeel with a hint of minerality and well-balanced acid. This wine won Silver Medals at the 2018 Okanagan Life – Best of BC Wine Awards, 2018 British Columbia Best of Varietal Awards and the 2018 Wine Align.$45
- Baillie Grohman GewürztraminerThe 2019 Gewürztraminer is luminous straw. An expressive aromatic wine with exotic spice, apricot and pineapple. A rich palate with great balance displaying notes of Turkish delight, lychee, and ginger$45
RED WINE
Hand picked award winning wines from throughout BC
- Blasted Church Big Bang Theory Red Blend 2018The Big Bang Theory is a joyful blend of six different varietals. Floral notes introduce the wine followed by strawberries, raspberries, cherries, plums and a hint of chocolate. Dried cherries and cranberries open the attack with plum, blueberry and mint carrying through the mid-palate as the tannin builds through the finish. cabernet sauvignon 1%,cabernet franc 3%, malbec 4%,lemberger 13%, pinot noir 27%, merlot 52%
- 6oz Glass...................................................................................................$12
- Bottle...................................................................................................$45
- Cassini Cellars Pinot Noir 2018This is a light to medium bodied wine with delicate aromas of cherry, anise vanilla and blackcurrant with a nice fruity red berry and toffee finish. Subtle and mild tannins makes this wine a perfect red sipper
- 6oz Glass...................................................................................................$12
- Bottle...................................................................................................$45
- Lock & Worth MerlotMerlot - Naramata 2020 2 acres planted in 1995. Sand. Naramata Bench. Gently de-stemmed – 5 days of skin contact. Basket pressed. Fermented in neutral French oak for 7 months. Unfined and unfiltered. This is NOT what you may have come to expect from Okanagan Merlot. Light to medium in body we do not try to make a big or heavy wine here. Despite the fact that this single vineyard produces amazing and serious fruit which could handle extended time in barrel we feel the wine should highlight the inherent fruit qualities and not oak or heavy extraction. Bright, light ruby. Sweet red plums, savoury herbs, fine tannins and refreshing acidity. Medium bodied, supple and driven. This is unfined and unfiltered and is slightly hazy.$45
- Baillie Grohman Pinot NoirThe 2018 Pinot Noir is lifted and aromatic. Cherry, plum, dried herbs and oak spice show through on the nose. The palate is medium bodied with great acidity and supple tannins. This wine carries through to a long rich, velvety finish.$50
- Howling Bluff Pinot Noir 2017The Acta Vineyard: our Northern most vineyard on the Naramata Bench. It is western facing, rock, sand and gravel soil. The vineyard is all clone 777. Aged for 12 months in 30% new, 35% second fill and 35% third fill French oak. NOSE: raspberry, spice, dark fruit PALATE: dark cherries, light smooth tannins, with a silky long finish FOOD: mushroom risotto, grilled pork, and as always BC Salmon$65
- Church & State Merlot 2017Dark in colour, this wine has aromas in equal measure of black cherry fruit and savoury herbs and roasted meats so typical of Okanagan Merlot. On the palate, the wine is rich, full, silky and round. The flavours continue from the nose to the palate, displaying fascinating dichotomy between sweet dark fruit and savoury herbal notes.$50
- Bench 1775 Merlot 2015This balanced Merlot is expressing the warm Okanagan vintage in which it was produced. Aromas of iris blossom and sage are followed by flavours of dark Okanagan cherry, soft plum, dried thyme with a long, velvety smooth finish. Known for being soft, ripe, and elegant, Merlot is a versatile wine perfect to pair with rich roasted dishes covered in gravy with equally roasted vegetables.$55
- Ex Nihilo Merlot 2017Gorgeous deep garnet red. Aromas of red berries, pomegranate and vanilla. Flavours of ripe black fruit, dark chocolate and leather. Ripe smooth tannins, optimum acidity and a lazy longer finish.$60
- Dirty Laundry Kay Syrah 2018Rich flavors of blueberry, pomegranate & red currents with a distinctly savory finish. SILVER - National Wine Awards 2018 Co-fermented with 5% Viognier which adds to the complexity of this wine. Syrah from the South Okanagan, Viognier from Summerland. Food Pairings try it with 5 spice, roasted potatoes or braised meats.$45
- Moon Curser Syrah 2017A medium bodied red wine with a medium purple colour in the glass. Highly aromatic notes of the signature South Okanagan Syrah black pepper, cedar, roses and lavender. The palate follows with more dark fruits like boysenberry and plum, along with a hint of coffee, all backed up by soft, approachable tannins with a round, rich midpalate.$55
- Le Vieux Pin Syrah Cuvee Violette 2018Cuvée Violette, as the name suggests, displays the perfumed and floral side of this noble grape variety. The palate is silky smooth thanks to a gentle co-ferment with just under 1% Viognier. The focus is on the feminine and graceful qualities of Syrah coming to the foreground. In the cellar we kid around and call this wine a syrah for Pinot Noir lovers. Crunchy bramble fruit and purple flowers mingle with pepper and spice. Red bramble fruits burst on the nose and on the palate.$65
- Dirty Laundry Cabernet Sauvignon 2018This wine is dry and round, medium-bodied, with a backbone equally divided between it’s acidity and medium firm tannins. The wine is very floral and has red fruit, raspberries, and mid plum that starts mid palate. I also picked up some minerality. With decanting the wine had more plum and dark fruit flavours. The wine has a medium length finishing with chalky tannins, red cherries, plums and oak, then cedar and chocolate at the very end.$45
- Fairview Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon 2016This bold Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of spice and black fruit. Smooth and full bodied with rich round tannins. Clean spicy, mocha, peppery, vanilla nose with flecks of coffee, black berry. Ripe, round, dry, slightly tannic palate. Good cassis jam, peppery, spicy, coffee, vanilla, black olive, tobacco leaf flavours. Slightly alcoholic finish but with fine fruit and balance$96
- Fairview Cellars ICONOCLAST Cabernet Sauvignon 2016Fairview's flagship wine. Only six barrels of this Cabernet Sauvignon wine were made. The wine was aged an extra year in barrel on top of the usual regime for Cabs. Aromas of black plums, blackberries and smoke. Pair with grilled meats.$220
- Church & State Cabernet Franc 2017The 2017 franc is a mix of three vineyard sites: Foundation, Bella, and Coyote Bowl in the south Okanagan. This youthful cab franc opens with ripe black cherry, and a wealth of rich tannins mixed with savoury black pepper. The back end is fresh and floral, helping to balance the picture.$50
- Bench 1775 Cabernet Franc 2015Our Cabernet Franc grapes are sourced from eastern-facing slopes in our Osoyoos vineyard. This wine was fermented in small lots and aged in 100% French oak for 2 years with further cellaring in bottle. Elegant with supple tannins and floral aromas. This wine is best paired with roast game and winter vegetables$65
- Fairview Cellars Cabernet Franc 2017A rich, full, fruit forward wine with bold lingering tannins with hints of tobacco and black fruit. The least known of the three classic Bordeaux Cultivars, Cabernet Franc has come into its own in the Fairview Cellars Terroir. This unique Terroir now officially part of the new Sub-appellation named the “Golden Mile Bench”, has allowed Cabernet Franc to express traits not usually associated with the variety even in its growth habits. A rich fruity wine has resulted.$72
- Moon Curser Malbec 2017Fresh cracked peppercorns fill this full palate, padded out with blueberry, blackberry jam, plush plum, thorns and gripped with ample tuggy tannins. Inky in hue and in the mouth, this is an intense wine, yet holds its appeal through its perfumed purple floral fruit. There's a lovely peppery spice note on the lifted finish, belying its near 15 degrees. From Osoyoos East Bench's Moon Curser Vineyard and its loamy, sandy soils, grapes were uncrushed, cool fermented in large stainless and pumped over thrice daily. The wine then went into French oak (one quarter new).$60
- Moon Curser Border Vines 2016A robust red blend mixing 44/24/20/7/5/ cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc, malbec, petit verdot, and carménère.s Border Vines is a dry, medium to fullbodied red wine with dark garnet colour. The nose consists of cherry, blackberry and black pepper. The palate follows the nose with blackcurrant, dark cherry, leather and a little spice. The wine has good structure with medium tannins and subtle influences from the oak$48
- Church & State Meritage 2017Dark red in colour, the wine opens with intense sweet black cherry and black currant aromas with hints of cocoa and vanilla. On the palate, the wine is incredibly full, rich and seductive. A symphony of black-fruited flavours flood the senses and compliment the incredibly silky, rich mouthfeel and fresh, cleansing acidity.$50
- La Stella Fortissimo 20182018 Fortissimo is comprised of 57% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Cabernet Franc and 8% Sangivoese. Albeit young, this wine is as outstanding as we thought it would be; all the components are married seamlessly together. The large format puncheons and Hungarian/Slavonian oak are evident in the subtle way the oak is present. Overall the wine has fantastic layers of fruit and savoury flavours. Bing cherry mingles with red and black cherry fruit. Grilled aromatic herbs meet cured tobacco leaves. The Palate is layered and while is still young and morphed into itself, it still offers plenty of pleasure in youth.$70
- Ex Nihilo "The Night"The Night is Ex Nihilo's ode to Bordeaux, mixing cabernet sauvignon, cabernet franc and merlot all grown on the warm Black Sage Bench. Usually, the Ex-Nihilo style has been more powerful, but I like the direction this wine is moving in, showing more red fruits, balance, and elegance, at least as much as you can do in the south Okanagan. The attack is rounded out three years down the road with floral, crushed cassis, cherry and wild raspberry peppered with spice. It's ageing slowly and well, and should peak through 2025$75
- Blasted Church Nectar of The GodsMuscular, supple, savoury... This is the flagship wine from Blasted Church. If you are looking for a wow this is the wine to do it! This is a premium blend of 49% Petit Verdot harvested from Oliver and Osoyoos, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon from Blasted Church's estate vineyard on the Skaha Bench, and 11% Cot Noir (Malbec) from Osoyoos. Nectar is a muscular, slightly brooding wine with aromas of black currents, smoked cherries, vanilla, cocoa, leather and toasted spice. Flavours of bacon fat, wild herbs, tealeaf, dark chocolate and spice linger on a supple palate with polished tannins.$100
SPARKLING
Nothing makes an occasion special like some bubbles!
- Freixenet Negro Brut 200mlMedium bodied, dry, high acidity with a lingering, but refreshing grapefruit finish. Well balanced, with a creamy mouthfeel that is dominated by citrus fruit, tart apple and distinctive minerality.$10
- Veuve Cliquot Vintage 2008Its clear, brilliant, gold color lights up in the delicate tumult of fine bubbles produced by its persistent and remarkable effervescence. The nose is fresh, refined and elegant. Fragrances of citrus fruit and stone fruits (peach, apricot) appear first, which are then enriched by delicate, warm notes of sweet pastries, (almonds, Mirabelle plum tart): a subtle alliance of freshness and fullness. On the palate, the frank lively and pure attack moves into a powerful, structured palate, delicately chiseled from the minerality of Champagnes' chalky terroir. The generosity of the Pinot Noir's fruitiness resonates harmoniously with the freshness of the light candied citrus fruit aromas (lemon) which are embellished in the finish with delicate hints of toasted notes and dried fruit (apricots). Vintage 2008 is the perfect combination of power, freshness and finesse, and ends with an incredibly long finish. Blend: 60% Pinot Noir, 35% Chardonnay, 5% Meunier$190
- Lamarca ProseccoSparkling and pale straw in colour with aromas of peach, lychee and ripe pear. It is light bodied and refreshing with peach and lychee flavours coming through in a short finish.$40

Take Out White Wine
Hand picked selections from across BC
- Blasted Church Viognier 2018This estate grown Viognier is a true expression of Viognier from the Skaha Bench. On the bouquet, apricot and peach are supported by white blossoms and an undercurrent of spice. The stone fruits translate onto the attack and through the oily mid-palate with tropical fruit and orange carrying through the long finish. Pad thai, lamb tagine with apricots, or buttery cheeses would all work well with this versatile wine$42
Best with a brisk chill, and pairing with chilled, fragrant Asian noodle dishes.$35
- Baillie Grohman Recolte BlancheThe 2020 Récolte Blanche has a lifted nose exhibiting notes of peach, stone fruit and white flowers. This wine is off-dry in style with balanced sweetness and acidity. The palate is mouth watering and refreshing with a long finish$40

Take Out Red Wine
Hand picked award winning wines from throughout BC
- Blasted Church Big Bang Theory Red Blend 2018The Big Bang Theory is a joyful blend of six different varietals. Floral notes introduce the wine followed by strawberries, raspberries, cherries, plums and a hint of chocolate. Dried cherries and cranberries open the attack with plum, blueberry and mint carrying through the mid-palate as the tannin builds through the finish. cabernet sauvignon 1%,cabernet franc 3%, malbec 4%,lemberger 13%, pinot noir 27%, merlot 52%$45
- Cassini Cellars Pinot Noir 2018This is a light to medium bodied wine with delicate aromas of cherry, anise vanilla and blackcurrant with a nice fruity red berry and toffee finish. Subtle and mild tannins makes this wine a perfect red sipper$45
It's ageing slowly and well, and should peak through 2025$75
- Baillie Grohman Pinot NoirThe 2018 Pinot Noir is lifted and aromatic. Cherry, plum, dried herbs and oak spice show through on the nose. The palate is medium bodied with great acidity and supple tannins. This wine carries through to a long rich, velvety finis$50
