- Alaskan WhiteBased on a Belgian-style witbier, literally translated to “white beer.” White beers, or “witbieren,” are named for the suspended wheat proteins creating a cloudy appearance in this unfiltered beer.
- Recommended Paring: Undercrown Shade
- Alaskan AmberRichly malty and long on the palate, with just enough hop backing to make this beautiful amber colored “alt” style beer notably well balanced.

- Shipyard XXXX IPAA non-traditional American IPA with a brilliant copper color and the classic citrus nose of Cascade Hops. It demonstrates a unique balance between malt-inspired, delicate, red grapefruit sweetness & lingering hop dryness.

- Track 7 Panic IPAHeavily hopped with modern American hop royalty, featuring Amarillo and Simcoe. The result is an IPA that includes both subtle citrus flavors and a not-so-subtle stone fruit and slightly dank nose. Big hops and a smooth body make Panic an exceptional example of a West Coast Style IPA. After opening with no IPA on tap, panic spread through the capital city of Sac. We flirted with the recipe for several months until we had an IPA worthy of the hype. This goes out to all you IPA crazed fans. Panic optional.
- Recommended Pairing: Tatuaje 7th Reserva

Wine
- Caricature CabernetRich berries nurtured on our fifth generation farm are stealthily harvested at peak ripeness under the stars. The result is an irresistible lush wine! With riches like these, it’s no wonder why these wine bandits felt that a bottle simply wasn’t enough. For their sake, let’s hope they’re fast!
