We will always try to give you quotes on repairing a motor when possible before entertaining the idea of replacing the unit. Sometimes motors fail due to age though, and replacement is the way to go. We prefer to use LiftMaster and Marantec professional products that have amongst the best performance and warranties in the industry. If you are loyal to a particular brand, we can most likely install that one as well.

WEATHER SEAL & VINYL REPLACEMENT
One of the many advantages that sectional doors have over the one-piece flip up variety of garage doors is their ability to create a nice seal around the entire perimeter of the door while closed. This helps keep out the elements, rodents, bugs and debris from that occasional run-in with a leaf blower outside. Like most components on your door, these seals can and will fail over time, allowing the above mentioned nuisances in. We carry several types of weather seal on our service trucks at all times. WAYNE DALTON TORQUEMASTER REPAIR/CONVERSION
If you own a Wayne Dalton Door there is a good chance that you have a TorqueMaster system. This is a proprietary counterbalance unique to Wayne Dalton. Many technicians aren't comfortable working on these systems, so replacement is often times the only option given to the customer. HIGH CYCLE RATE SPRINGS
Rampart Garage Doors further distances itself from the competition by offering high cycle count springs as standard replacement. To better understand the value of our service you need to now how spring life is measured. With torsion springs, you really want to know the estimated "cycle count" of the spring(s) that are to be installed. They are not all the same! A garage door cycle is the act of the garage door fully opening and fully closing. This equates to one full cycle. Depending on the size, quality and application a spring is being used in, one can roughly estimate the number of cycles that a garage door spring should last. We always aim for a range of no less than 18,000 - 20,000 cycles for our replacement springs. Some of our competitors are much closer to half this! What does that mean to you, the consumer? Many more frequent and costly garage door repairs.
