Fusion Plate is a Pan-Asian restaurant offering dishes with influences from China, Vietnam, and Thailand. Using the freshest ingredients, our chefs have created a menu to include iconic meals that would please anyone’s taste buds. With a variety of soups specializing in PHO (pronounced 'Fuh'), rice and noodle dishes, we have brought different Asian cultures into a new fusion blend. Our ingredients include hot spices specific only to our restaurant which our chefs have mastered for that perfect balance of spicy yet delicate flavors.
