The chefs at Simply Desi have a simple, genuine mission - serve you a nutritious meal in every box. We turn quality organic whole wheat flour into healthy ‘parathas’ without compromising its flavor or texture. Let the filling be mung, paneer or potato - let the flour be the humble wheat or let it be a freshly-grated-organic-carrot-infused dough - we want you to choose. In goes the rest of the ingredients - fennel, cumin, turmeric, and herbs. We believe in the sacredness of the spices and herbs and their magic power to heal and nourish the soul! We spell out all our ingredients, each of them 100% organic. The only surprise is how they all blend into a burst of flavour at every bite. Dip the parathas in our organic curd for a cooling summer afternoon lunch. Care of a little kick? Our carrot pickle packs a punch. Both are enhancing accompaniments. At Simply Desi, we are sincere in our food and in our love!
