- Bun Bo Hue / Spicy Beef Noodle SoupSoft vermicelli rice noodles in a fragrant spicy beef broth infused with lemongrass and chilli, topped with sliced marbled beef shin, sliced pork shoulder, onion and coriander garnish. Served with a mixed side salad of lettuce, coriander, beansprouts and sweet basil leaves.
- Bo Kho / Slow Cooked Vietnamese Beef StewSlow cooked marbled beef shin with chopped carrots, spiced with star anise, ginger and lemongrass. Served with our range of baguettes, rice, vermicelli noodles, or hu tieu noodles.
- Heo Quay / Crispy Crackling Roast Pork BellyFresh Pork Belly marinated for 24 hours in 5 Spices, garlic and pepper. Roasted on site in our exceptionally powerful oven to produce succulently flavoured meat with crispy crackling. Served with our range of baguettes, or rice.
- Banh Canh / Thick Round Noodle SoupHome made thick rice noodles made with rice flour and tapioca. Served in a light pork broth and topped with coriander, spring onions and fried shallot garnish. Options include Pork, Prawn, Crab, or all three!
