We offer a rotating menu based on whatever is in season. Below is a list of our well-known fan favorites. Not everything shown is available at all times! On our food trucks we narrow the menu down to two grains, four proteins (always including a Vegan option) and four sauces. Simply choose an option at each step and create the perfect bowl just for YOU! Keep in mind that catering clients can design their own menu from the choices below or work with our Chef. You create your very own "Specialty Bowl." Cheers!

    • THAI JASMINE FRIED RICE
      Long grain rice, lightly sautéed with olive oil, kale and carrots.

        Cous cous is actually a pasta, made of wheat or barley. Served lightly seasoned, and sometimes with cranberries mixed in.

            Power Grain! High in protein and fiber, quinoa is actually a seed. Nutty and herby tasting.
