Chef Aaron will be serving tacos to your guest for 2.5 hours. This comes with choice of 2 Meats, 2 Sides, 1 Agua Fresca, Full Toppings Bar, and Utensils. *Extra meats, sides, aguas and time can be added for addition cost*
Plated Family Style
For your guests, we will design a classic MexiQ buffet style service. Chef Aaron and his staff will be hand serving your guests, your choice of smoked meats and sides for their meal.
Food will be dropped off and setup for self service. Our half pans hold about 20 to 25 servings.

All meats are smoked by hand with mesquite and apple wood.
20+ Hours smoked by hand with Mesquite and apple wood. Marinaded in a blend of oils and vinegar, then rubbed down with "Papa-Stew's" homemade spice rub. Served with house made Tequila BBQ Sauce.
BBQ Mole Chicken
Boneless thigh and leg meat marinaded and rub with a spice mix. Served with a house made black mole sauce, with hints of chocolate, and a smokey BBQ undertone.
Tamarindo Glazed Ribs
Pork ribs marinaded and rubbed with a special spice mix. Served with a Tamarind glaze.
Tender pork cuts marinaded in citrus juice, spices, and beer. Served with BBQ Sauce
Watermelon Al Pastor
Diced pork marinaded in fresh watermelon juice and a mixture of spices. Fried on a hot skillet, served with fresh watermelon and jalapeno salsa.
Boneless thigh and leg meat marinaded and rub with a spice mix. Shredded and served in a chipotle adobo sauce with sauteed onions.
