- Salad and cured meat or salad and smoked fishEither of these dishes give you a triple satisfaction as the lettuce in the salad if contaminated with E.coli O157, cannot be washed out without destroying the lettuce and the cured meat or smoked fish may contain Listeria. Campylobacter may also be found in salad vegetables.£5
Main Course
- Steak TartareThis premium cut raw beef is simply seasoned and served with a raw egg yolk on rye bread. Regarded by many as Posh nosh. (A must for all lovers of highly dangerous bacterium such as Salmonella & E.coli O157!)£10
- Rare/bloody gourmet beef or lamb burgerThese burgers are for the blood lovers. Can be very expensive for your health as it could contain harmful bacterium!£11
- Campylobacter chicken burgerOur most popular product! – Around 70,000 reported cases of Campylobacter annually, but most foodborne illnesses are vastly under reported.£6
- E.coli O157 hamburgerJust the size of pin head amount, can cause your kidneys to fail or even worse!£9
- Rare/undercooked pork chopsThese succulent chops may contain the Hepatitis E virus, as a previous survey within pig abattoirs found that nearly 6% of pigs had the Hepatitis E virus in their blood”.£11
- Listeria salad sandwichGenerally, for our more mature customers and has the highest mortality rate per number of cases!£6
