  • 12" Wood Fired Sourdough Pizza

    Our 12-inch sourdough pizza is baked in a wood burning oven. In order to guarantee a top quality product, we use certified organic, non-GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) and bleached flours from Italy. We complete the dish with our very own yeast 'created' in our kitchen. The secret of the unique 'lightly sour' flavor that remains in our diners' taste buds will eternally be owed to the spring mineral water brought from Italy we use to join the dough before leaving it to the effects of fermentation for the slow period of forty eight hours. Once baked in a wood burning oven, the dough is the foundation of our exceptional pizzas.
