  Israeli couscous salad with corn & green chilies, smoked local pork, shredded cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers, tahini sauce, sunflower seeds and pepitas.
• Fuji Bowl

  Fuji Bowl- Japanese pea & barley salad with spicy grilled chicken, shredded cabbage, tomatoes, crisp broccoli, spicy/sweet kochu sauce, sunflower seeds and pepitas.
• Boulder Bowl (Vegan)

  Israeli couscous salad, pea & barley salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, broccoli, shredded cabbage, tahini sauce, spicy kochu, sunflower seeds & pepitas.
• Spicy-ish Tofu

  Substitute any protein with our spicy(ish) tofu, or add to any dish.
• Fresh Greens

  Add fresh greens to any bowl for a little crunch, or substitute the couscous or barley and make your bowl gluten free!
• Iced Hibiscus Tea

  Homemade, heart healthy, refreshing. Caffeine & sugar free. Served in compostable cup with compostable straw.
• Wookie Cookie

  Oatmeal cookie loaded with dark chocolate chunks, coconut flakes and toasted walnuts.
