- STICKY RICE + MANGOORIGIN: THAILAND _______________________________________ Housemade rice milk. Coconut cream. Swirls of alphonso mango. *Dairy free & Vegan _______________________________________ We opened our first location in August of 2015 with this as our the highlight of our menu. A friend suggested it as a flavor, and we thought "how do we make that into an ice cream?" The result captures the exact taste of eating the Thai dessert, and happens to be vegan/ dairy free!
- "THE WHITE"INSPIRED BY: SHANGHAI, CHINA _______________________________________ Our famous flavor from February 2019, that has since been globally viral and replicated all over the world. An immensely creamy ice cream, singular in flavor; made with Shanghainese "White Rabbit" milk candy.
- KINDERORIGIN: EUROPE _______________________________________ Roasted hazelnut ice cream. Gianduja freckle. Valrhona "Caramelia Pearls". Hazelnut praline.
- VIOLET MARSHMALLOW__________________________________________ In August of 2016, we were wanderlusting for the South of France, and a soft, dreamy-like flavor. We imagined what a floral cotton candy might taste like and came up with marshmallow creme ice cream infused with Parma violets + laced with candied violet pieces.
- ABUELITA MALTED CRUNCHINSPIRED BY: OUR SOCAL CHILDHOODS _______________________________________ Malted milk. Mexican stone ground chocolate with cinnamon and chili. Belgian dark chocolate freckle + crunchy malted milk balls.
- UBE MALTED CRUNCH®INSPIRED BY: AN AMERICAN FILIPINO UPBRINGING _______________________________________ Malted milk. Sweet purple yams. Crunchy malted milk pieces. _______________________________________ "When we first opened, people asked for an ube ice cream, but ube just isn't novel or inspirational to me. If I were to do an ube cream, it'd be my own rendition. I didn't want to replicate an authentic ube ice cream. Instead, I wanted to capture ube in a way that also reflected my American upbringing." - Chef, Adrienne Borlongan. It took months, but in July of 2016, we introduced UBE MALTED CRUNCH™. Made with malted milk, sweet purple yams, & crunchy malted milk pieces, this ice cream starts with an old fashioned American malt flavor but ends with an undeniable ube taste.

Black sesame. _______________________________________ Wanderlust Creamery's mission is to expand minds through palates - to broaden people's taste. What defines "regular ice cream" depends on who and where in the world you ask. Our Japanese Neapolitan is a picture of what's considered "classics" on the other side of the globe: matcha + hojicha + black sesame.

- VIETNAMESE ROCKY ROAD™INSPIRED BY: HẢI VÂN PASS, VIETNAM ________________________________________ Hải Vân Pass, which translates to “sea cloud pass”, is a thrilling, winding road from đà nang to huế through a landscape of green mountains and sea mist with roadside coffee stops dotted along the way. It inspired this “rocky road” of Vietnamese coffee ice cream laced with “clouds” of condensed milk marshmallow and crunchy caramelized cacao nibs + French roast bits.
- NOYAUX & PRALINES ROSESINSPIRED BY: LYON, FRANCE _______________________________________ Créme de noyaux ice cream with pieces of crunchy pink candied almonds.
