- La Boule Miche (Sourdough)Our namesake bread! An open, airy white based bread, enriched with organic stone ground whole grain flour, leavened using a sourdough culture and long fermentation.$6.50
Saturday Breads
Quantities are limited. Cut off for pre-orders for our Saturday breads is Wednesday 3:00 PM. Available Saturday only. ** Please note, if you attempt to order these products for any day but Saturday, your order will not be approved. Please ensure you have selected an appropriate pick-up date.
- Cheddar LoafAn all white bread with addition of aged white cheddar, leavened using a sourdough culture and a long fermentation.$9
- Fruit & Nut LoafOrganic white flour, enriched with organic stone ground whole grain wheat and spelt flours, toasted nuts and fruit. Leavened using a sourdough culture and long fermentation. Variety changes weekly.$8
- Garlic Rosemary Asiago LoafOur La Boule (An open, airy white based bread, enriched with organic whole grain stone ground flour, leavened using a sourdough culture and long fermentation) with the addition of roasted garlic cloves, fresh rosemary and Asiago cheese.$7.50
- Grainy BreadA beautiful, whole grain loaf, packed with grains and seeds. Leavened using a sourdough culture and a long fermentation. Organic white, stone ground whole grain wheat and rye flours. Quinoa, sunflower, sesame seeds, flax, oats and pumpkin seeds.$7
