Our Cajun Creole empanada is a spicy Jambalaya, the original fusion dish. Made with Andouille sausage, shrimp, long-grain rice and a Creole seasoned mix.

THE MANCHESTER
A Soul Food staple with roots in northern England, this empanada takes macaroni and cheese to the next level. The Manchester is stuffed with our house mac—a rich and creamy blend of gouda, havarti, extra-sharp cheddar and cream cheeses—and is topped with a traditional spicy aji cheese sauce.
