Our Chef Aaron's specialty is tacos. Our package includes a choice of two meats, two sides, and one Agua Fresca, all served with a toppings bar and utensils. 2.5 hours of service. We pride ourselves on using only the freshest ingredients and providing excellent customer service. We are confident that we can bring a real taste of Mexican BBQ to your event. *Extra meats, sides, aguas and time can be added for addition cost*
Family Buffet Style
We offer a classic MexiQ buffet of smoked meats and sides, hand-served by Chef Aaron and his staff. We work closely with our clients to create customized menus that fit their specific needs and preferences. Our goal is to provide a unique and memorable culinary experience that will impress and satisfy your guests.
Drop Off
Our Drop Off Package is perfect for those who want to enjoy our delicious cuisine without the hassle of catering staff. We'll set up your food for self-service, so you and your guests can enjoy it at your own pace. So you can relax, knowing that all your guests will be well-fed and happy. *Half pans hold about 25 servings and large pans hold about 50 servings*

All meats are smoked by hand with mesquite and apple wood.
- Tequila Brisket20+ Hours smoked by hand with Mesquite and apple wood. Marinaded in a blend of oils and vinegar, then rubbed down with "Papa-Stew's" homemade spice rub. Served with house made Tequila BBQ Sauce.
- BBQ Mole ChickenBoneless thigh and leg meat marinaded and rub with a spice mix. Served with a house made black mole sauce, with hints of chocolate, and a smokey BBQ undertone.
- Tamarindo Glazed RibsPork ribs marinaded and rubbed with a special spice mix. Served with a Tamarind glaze.
- BBQ CarnitasTender pork cuts marinaded in citrus juice, spices, and beer. Served with BBQ Sauce
- Watermelon Al PastorDiced pork marinaded in fresh watermelon juice and a mixture of spices. Fried on a hot skillet, served with fresh watermelon and jalapeno salsa.
- Chicken TingaBoneless thigh and leg meat marinaded and rub with a spice mix. Shredded and served in a chipotle adobo sauce with sauteed onions.
