- 100% Kona Estate DripMild acidity and medium body with notes of honey, milk chocolate, and almonds. Our 100% Kona produces a very pleasant, crisp, clean cup of coffee. Normally, Kona coffee is graded by size; the larger the bean, the more value it holds. The 100% Kona Estate Grade is is a slightly smaller bean in comparison to an Extra Fancy coffee, but holds many wonderful flavors - a smooth milk chocolate upfront, and a very silky body with a subtle hint of brown sugar in the finish. The suggested brewing method for this coffee is a French press or a single cup dripper.$4.50
- 100% Kona Extra FancyDelicate notes of wild honey, sweet flowers, ripe melon, and milk chocolate. Kona Extra Fancy, grown on the Big Island of Hawaii, is the highest grade of Kona Coffee available. Kona Coffee is sorted by size, using various screen sizes. Kona Extra Fancy is sorted with a screen size of 19, yielding a larger bean. Such beans take longer to develop, allowing them to absorb more nutrients from the tree. This yields a bold, complex, well-rounded cup of coffee. Served as pour-over.$6
- 100% Kona Peaberry“The Rarest Kona Coffee” - intense notes of milk chocolate, sweet spice, raw honey, and roasted hazelnuts. Coffee cherries normally produce two half-oval-shaped beans per cherry. During the Peaberry growing process, the beans naturally fuse into one small, dense, oval-shaped bean. That single coffee bean retains even more nutrients from the cherry that typically has to provide for two seeds. Peaberry is a very rare bean and accounts for only 1% of the total crop. Its cost reflects not only its rarity and wonderful taste, but the difficult sorting process that farms have to go through to bring the coffee to market. Served as pour-over.$8
