- SWEDISH ORCHARD2 parts Kanon 1⁄4 green apple, cut into chunks 2 basil leaves 1⁄2 part lime juice 1 part apple juice Muddle apple and basil very well in shaking tin with apple juice and lime, add Kanon, shake, strain into martini glass, garnish with apple slice and basil leaf.
- OLD BLUE EYES2 parts kanon 1⁄2 part fresh lemon juice 10 blueberries tonic water Lightly crush blueberries in rocks glass, add Kanon and lemon, stir, top with ice and tonic water.
- GRAPE COOLER2 parts kanon 4 grapes 3⁄4 part lemon juice 3⁄4 part simple syrup Muddle grapes in shaking tin with lemon and simple syrup, add Kanon, shake, strain into collins glass with ice, top with soda, garnish with a grape or lemon wedge.
- KANON KRUSH2 parts kanon 4 chunks fresh lime 1 slice orange 3⁄4 part simple syrup 2 dashes angostura bitters Muddle limes and orange with simple and angostura, add Kanon, fill short side of shaking tin with cracked ice cubes, shake hard ten times, pour all into rocks glass.
- KANON JADE1 part kanon 1 kiwi fruit (peeled) small chunk of ginger 1⁄4 part agave syrup champagne Muddle kiwi and ginger in shaking tin, add Kanon and agave, shake, strain into champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish with slice of kiwi fruit.
- KANON BALL1 part kanon 1 chunk honeydew (or other available) melon 1⁄2 part coconut water Muddle melon very well in shaking tin with coconut water, add Kanon, shake, strain into shot glass.
- THE PICNIC2 parts kanon 2 parts watermelon chunks 2 parts lemon lime soda 1⁄2 part lemon juice 1⁄2 part simple syrup Muddle watermelon in mixing tin with lemon and simple syrup, add Kanon, shake, strain into rocks glass over ice, top with lemon lime soda.
- RED DAWN2 parts kanon 1⁄4 red bell pepper, cut into chunks 1 thyme sprig 3⁄4 part lemon juice 1⁄2 part simple syrup pinch of salt Muddle thyme and red pepper in shaking tin with salt, lemon juice and simple syrup, add Kanon, shake, strain into collins glass with ice, top with soda, garnish with thyme sprig.
- KANON RUBY1 part kanon 2 strawberries 1⁄2 part grapefruit juice champagne Muddle strawberries in mixing tin, add Kanon and grapefruit juice, shake, strain into champagne flute, top with champagne and garnish with a halved strawberry.
- TARRAGON MANGO2 parts kanon 2 big chunks of fresh mango 6 leaves of tarragon Muddle mango and tarragon, add vodka and shake. Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
- 4th of July FIRECRACKER2 parts kanon 1 part fresh grapefruit juice 1 part lime juice 1 part simple syrup pinch of fresh basil 1⁄2 teaspoon chopped chilis Muddle basil and chilis in simple syrup. Combine ingredients, shake and strain into a martini glass, garnish with a basil leaf.
- Halloween WITCHES BREW2 parts kanon 1 part blood orange juice 1⁄2 part aperol 1⁄2 part lime juice 1⁄2 part simple syrup Combine ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain into a Martini or Antounette champagne glass.
- Thanksgiving TIPSY TURKEY1 part kanon vodka 1 part bourbon 3⁄4 part maple syrup 3⁄4 part lemon juice 4 cubes roasted pumpkin (roast at 350° for 35 mins) Muddle pumpkin with maple syrup, add all other ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain (double strain with sieve, if possible) onto fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon.
- Christmas FROSTY COCKTAIL1⁄2 part kanon vodka 1 tbsp maple syrup 4 parts steamed milk Build up in a warm mug and serve.
- New Years THE TWINKLE1 part kanon 1⁄2 part elderflower liquor champagne Add Kanon vodka and elderflower liquor to a champagne flute, top with champagne.
- New Years ST. VALENTINE’S21⁄2 parts kanon 3 strawberries - cored 1 celery leaf (size of a thumb) splash lime juice Muddle, strain, serve up in a martini glass.
- Easter SEMLA2 parts kanon 1 part heavy cream 3⁄4 part amaretto cardamom pod egg yolk (optional) Lightly crush cardamom in shaker, add liquid ingredients dry shake (without ice), shake with ice, strain into rocks glass.
- Easter THE KING KARL2 parts Kanon 4 chunks fresh lime 1 slice orange 3⁄4 part simple syrup 2 dashes angostura bitters Muddle limes and orange with simple and angostura, add Kanon, fill short side of shaking tin with cracked ice cubes, shake hard ten times, pour all into rocks glass.
- Midsummer THE MIDSUMMER2 parts Kanon 3⁄4 part St. Germain 3⁄4 part lemon juice Add ingredients to shaking tin, shake, strain into martini glass, garnish with lemon twist.
