- Piccolo BruschettaTomato bruschetta on crostini rounds with cannapesto, fresh basil, fresh cannabis leaves & balsamic reduction
- Tomato, Basil, "Vrie" and Olive on CucumberFresh tomatoes, Cerignola olives, balsamic reduction & Black Sheep Vrie cheeze. Finished with Sea salt & Canolive oil
- Beet & Mushroom TartarSautéed wild mushrooms, roasted beets & fresh herbs on top of a crostini. Our mushrooms are cooked slowly with cannabis oil & roasted garlic for a perfect deep, earthy flavour
- Arancini with Chef Mike's Tomato SauceRisotto balls, breaded and fried. Served with chef's family tomato sauce. Topped with Cannolive oil. These ones pack a punch as the risotto starts with shallot sautéed in cannabis oil. Yum!
