                                        This three course menu is for a minimum of 8 persons. If you would like to opt for this package kindly let us know at least 3 days before upon reservation. The meal will begin with Assaggini. These are typical Maltese bites to share. Zalzett Malti: Smoked Maltese sausage Gbejniet: Plain and flavoured goats cheeselets Bigilla: Homemade broad bean dip with water crackers Hobz Biz-Zejtl: Local Maltese bread with tomatoes, olive oil and olives Glazed Chicken Skewers with a sauce of the day. After these platters you'll have a small break to make room for our famous dish 'Roast Suckling Pig'. This slow cooked roast takes between 8 and 12 hours to prepare. This course is further accompanied by our signature sides 'buttered french beans and sautéed potatoes.' To end the meal with something sweet a 'lemon sorbet' to clean the palate, or perhaps something a bit fuller from the dessert menu.
