The tradition of tapas is Spanish: small plates to accompany a glass of wine or a drink, designed for sharing among friends. At Ginger we've given them a Pan-Asian flair! Our chefs prepare a few at a time, and they are served as they are ready. We recommend 2-3 plates per person.
